Access to the accommodation
To simplify your arrival and ensure flexibility, we have decided to use a smart lock (intelligent lock) in conjunction with a keypad (entry panel on the outside) for access to our accommodation. This means you no longer have to deal with the accommodation key and, in the worst case, with returning it if it is accidentally taken home. The functions and operation are explained below.

Keypad
Unlock :
The keypad (input field) is located outside - to the right of the door - and is used to enter the six-digit code which you received before arrival (WebApp).
After entering the correct code, the smart lock unlocks automatically.
Close :
After leaving the accommodation, the triangle (arrow) in the bottom right corner of the keypad must be pressed to lock the door.
If this does not happen, the lock will automatically close after 5 minutes.
Caution : If the door remains open for an extended period, for example while carrying groceries into your accommodation, the smart lock will automatically lock after 5 minutes. In this case, ensure the bolt is fully retracted when closing the door; otherwise, it will strike the door frame and cause damage.

Entering the accommodation:
After entering the accommodation and closing the door, it must now be locked. To do this , with the door closed , press the center of the white circle once; the smart lock will then lock the door automatically.
Leaving the accommodation:
Similar to entering the accommodation, when leaving you must press the center of the white circle once. The smart lock will unlock the door automatically.

Entering the accommodation:
After entering the accommodation and closing the door, it must now be locked. To do this, with the door closed, turn the stainless steel frame of the smart lock counterclockwise until the door is locked.
Leaving the accommodation:
Similar to entering the accommodation, when leaving the accommodation you must turn the stainless steel frame clockwise until the door is unlocked.

Automatically closes after 5 minutes
This feature prevents you from leaving the door unlocked when leaving your accommodation, as it automatically locks itself after 5 minutes of being unlocked.
Caution : If the door remains open for an extended period, for example while carrying groceries into your accommodation, the smart lock will automatically lock after 5 minutes. In this case, ensure the bolt is retracted when closing the door; otherwise, it will strike the door frame and cause damage.
