Our holiday home is located in the middle of an enchanting natural landscape. Surrounded by majestic mountains, the area offers numerous opportunities for outdoor activities such as hiking and cycling.
Sustainable
With an air heat pump that draws its energy from the PV system and excellent insulation, the house is energy efficient. In addition, we actively strive to reduce waste and promote environmentally friendly practices in order to keep our carbon footprint as small as possible.

Located on Lake Traunsee, this holiday home offers direct access to one of Austria's most beautiful lakes. Guests can relax, swim or enjoy water sports activities right by the clear water - all just a few steps from the front door.

To ski
Skiing is possible in several ski areas – from the small, manageable Hochlecken ski area to the family-friendly Feuerkogel, both about 15 minutes away.
The Kasberg ski area can be reached in about 30 minutes, while the Dachstein is about an hour's drive away and is suitable for longer ski days.
